Liberal Memorial Library Reminds Patrons That They are Open

Joe Denoyer - November 6, 2020 11:50 am

Liberal Memorial Library would like to remind everyone that they are open to the public, but with a few temporary changes in services and hours.

Currently, the hours are Monday through Friday, 11 am to 6 pm. The Library will be closed each day from 1 pm to 2 pm for shift change and cleaning.

With the new hours, the library staff wants to share a few things about your next stay.

  • Please wear a mask. We have them if you would like a free one when you come in.
  • Practice social distancing by maintaining a six-foot distance between you and other people.
  • Please use hand sanitizer. It is available throughout the building.
  • No children under 16 without a parent.

These rules are temporary and will be relaxed as the cases in our community decline.

The library is  continuing curbside pickup, and is also offering by appointment hours from 9 am to 11 am each day for at-risk individuals. Please call 620-626-0180 to make an appointment.
