Liberal’s boys tennis team played at Emporia Tuesday.

It was a tournament loaded with talent. St Thomas Aquinas took 1st.

Emmanuel Garcia  took 3rd by going 2-1. List a rough battle 8-6 to St Thomas Aquinas. He was right there with him.

Miguel Ovalle played singles for the first time. He competed but went 0-3

Parker & Quinn Brown played their best tournament. Finished 2-2 but both losses were close battles with very good teams.

Freshmen, J’Kobe Contreras & Easton Martinez fought all day long in their first varsity tournament together. They finished 2-2 and gave us a lot of hope for future years.
