Jerrod Niemann To Play Concert In Liberal

Jerrod Niemann will be coming home to Liberal for a ??Welcome Home ? concert on Saturday, January 15th. Jerrod, a Liberal native, made the announcement Friday on 102.7 the Legend. Niemann was raised in Liberal, graduated from Liberal High School in 1997, and still considers Liberal home. Jerrod ??s first single with Sony/Sea Gayle Records, ??Lover, Lover ? went # 1 on the Country Music Charts, followed shortly by the release of his CD, ??Judge Jerrod And The Hung Jury ? which debuted at # 1. His current single, ?? What Do You Want ? is also rapidly climbing the charts. He has recently been touring with Gary Allan and Brad Paisley. The Welcome Home Concert will be a part of LHS Booster Club Showdown Weekend, with Friday Night January 14th, being an audience and judged competition where contestants will be competing for over $3000.00 in cash and prizes and the right to be the opening act for the Jerrod Niemann concert. Tickets for The Jerrod Niemann show are only $10.00 and will go on sale Saturday December 4th at the Legend Studios at 15th and Western. They will also be available at the Downtown Christmas Parade and what is left will be sold at the Crazy House in Liberal. There are only 1000 tickets available with the proceeds of the entire Showdown Weekend to benefit the Liberal High School Booster Club
