Hugoton Police Make Several Arrests

On Tuesday, February 28th, Hugoton Police Officers went to the old Argus Apartments at 110 W. 6th Street in Hugoton to execute two local arrest warrants. While locating the individuals in the arrest warrants, they were notified of two other individuals with arrest warrants from outside agencies. A fifth individual was issued a citation for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
Tiffany Sanchez, 39, of Hugoton was arrested on a bench warrant out of Hugoton Municipal Court and transported to the Stevens County jail.
Jesse Fenton, 31, of Hugoton was arrested on a bench warrant out of Hugoton Municipal Court and was transported to the Stevens County jail.
Andrew Walsh,32, of Elkhart was arrested on a Morton Count warrant and was transported to Morton County.
Kenneth Shank, 49, of Hugoton was arrested on a Rush County Warrant and was transported to the Stevens County jail.
Shayla Shank, 21, of Hugoton was issued a citation for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
