Guymon Names Meeks Interim City Manager

The Guymon City Council on Wednesday evening named Kim Meeks as interim city manager following a 20-minute executive session.
Meeks, who has been the city clerk, will take over city manager duties from Ted Graham, whose contract was not renewed at the Nov. 29 city council meeting.
The city will now begin the process of finding a permanent city manager.
