In a big game for 6A seeding and WAC standings, the Garden City Buffaloes and the Liberal Redskins met in girls soccer Friday night at Buffalo Stadium.  Garden City won 3-1.  Evelin Tarango scored Liberal’s goal.  Garden City is 8-3-1 and leading the WAC at 5-0-1.  Liberal is 9-5 overall and 2-4 in the WAC.  Liberal hosts Garden City Tuesday night at the Gary Cornelsen Sports Complex.
