The Garden City Buffaloes and Liberal Redskins got together for some softball on Tuesday afternoon in Garden City.  Garden City won the single game 12-2 in a five inning run rule.  Garden City scored three in the first, three in the second, two in the third, and one in the fourth to lead 9-0.  Liberal scored two in the fifth when Brooklyn Short singled home two runs.  GCHS scored three in the fifth for the run rule.  Garden City is 9-2 and 2-1 in the WAC.  Liberal is 5-7 and 0-4 in the WAC.  The same two teams are scheduled to meet Thursday at 4pm at the National Beef Sports Complex.
