Frank Holman to Retire

The public is invited to join City Staff and personnel Thursday, February 28th at the Randall Girl Scout Building located at 111 W 11th St, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. for Frank Holman’s retirement party. He has been with the City of Liberal for over 30 years and will be missed! Come wish Frank best wishes as he begins this next chapter in his life.
