Elkhart’s senior are accustomed to winning seasons. The Wildcats were 8-3 in 2017, 9-1, in 2018, and 7-2 in 2019. That stretch of success will be put to the test this fall. Head coach Jhon Haehn brings back four starters on offense and three on defense in his second year as head coach. Haehn says being about .500 or so and winning a playoff game are good goals with the schedule that Elkhart plays. Elkhart has 25 out for football.
Some of the key Elkhart players are Sr. TE/LB Lance Addington, Sr. lineman Miguel Gabino, Sr. lineman Tyler Reeves, Sr. lineman Dave Luera, Jr. RB/SS Emmitt Espinoza, and So. QB/LB Kage Ralston.
Elkhart was featured during the Sportsguys on Monday morning.
