Dillon’s Stores in Kansas to Begin Selling CBD Products

The Kroger grocery store chain, including Dillons locations in Kansas, is getting into the CBD business.
The Cincinnati-based company plans to sell products with CBD, including lotions, balms, oils, and creams. Dillons spokesperson Sheila Lowrie said the products are infused with hemp-derived CBD and
The products will reportedly be sold in stores in 17 states (including Kansas) and online.
CBD stands for cannabidiol. It’s a naturally-occurring and non-intoxicating compound “that has promising benefits and is permitted within federal and state regulations,” Lowrie said.
“Our limited selection of hemp-derived CBD topical products is from suppliers that have been reviewed for quality and safety,” she added.
Beginning next week, Dillons customers can shop for a curated selection of the topical products in stores with pharmacies (includes Pickup) and on Vitacost.com or Ship.Dillons.com.
