City of Liberal Police Department Makes Changes

The City of Liberal Police Department wants to inform the community of a recent change in our business practices. The Municipal Court has two Warrant Officers who are responsible for many different jobs within the Court. One of these jobs is serving process paperwork and subpoenas.

In an effort to streamline this process and increase efficiency, the Warrant Officers will now be going out into the county to serve this paperwork as the need arises. To this end, you may see one of our Liberal Police Department marked vehicles traversing County Roads.
