The Liberal City Commission met on Tuesday evening and heard an update on the property at 809 N. Pennsylvania. The City Commission accepted the low bid of $6,717,445.00 from Middlecreek Corporation to complete the water line replacement project. Commissioners also approved the Water Tower maintenance agreement with Viking, for an amount not to exceed $75,000 dollars per year, that will come out of the Repair/Maintain Water Wells.

Also passed was Resolution 2414, allowing Petra Residences to move forward with a housing project.
