Candidate Declarations In Texas County Begin Monday

Candidates for municipal office in six (6) Texas County municipalities file Declarations of Candidacy beginning at 8 a.m. Monday, 04th February 2013.
La Fonda F. Limon, Secretary of the County Election Board, said the filing period ends at 5 p.m. Wednesday, 06th February 2013.
Declarations of Candidacy will be accepted at the County Election Board office for the indicated offices for each of the following municipalities.
City of Guymon—Councilmember, Ward No. One (1) a four (4) year term.
Councilmember, Ward No. Two (2) a four (4) year term.
City of Hooker—City Treasurer a four (4) year term.
Councilmember, Ward No. Two (2) a four (4) year term.
Councilmember, Ward No. Three (3) a two (2) year Unexpired term.
Councilmember, Ward No. Four (4) a four (4) year term.
Town of Goodwell—Board of Trustees (Two [2] Offices Open – each a four [4] year term).
—Town Treasurer a four (4) year term.
Town of Hardesty—Board of Trustees a four (4) year term.
Town of Texhoma—Board of Trustees (Two [2] Offices Open – each a four [4] year term).
Town of Tyrone—Board of Trustees a Two (2) year Unexpired term.
—Board of Trustees (Three [3] Offices Open – each a four [4] year term).
—Town Clerk a two (2) year Unexpired term.
—Town Treasurer a four (4) year term.
The municipal offices at stake in the above list will be filled in the nonpartisan General Election scheduled April 02nd,2013.
