A fatality accident occurred Wednesday evening at approximately 5:52pm, 7.5 miles south of Elmwood, OK in Beaver County.

A 2007 Acura driven by Isela Azate, 39 of Booker, TX, was southbound on State Highway 23 when for unknown reason she crossed the center line and departed the roadway to the left. The Acura rolled multiple times, causing the driver to be ejected. Azate was pronounced dead at the scene by Booker EMS.

She was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
