A vehicle with a trailer was traveling west went across the center of the highway. An eastbound vehicle struck the trailer and a second, west-bound vehicle struck debris in the highway.

Mosher says the victim was a passenger in one of the vehicles but investigators are still trying to determine exactly what happened. Others involved in the accident suffered only minor injuries.
