Back to School Week in Liberal

Liberal schools will be in session later this week. Teacher’s report to work Monday. Liberal students from the 7th through the 12th grades will begin school on Wednesday. USD 480 students in the first through sixth grade and begin school Thursday. Pre-school and kindergarten students begin school on Friday. Seward County Community College/Area Technical School students begin night classes Monday night while day classes begin Tuesday. School will be in session in Liberal until May 21. Some area schools including Guymon Turpin, and Plains-Kismet are already in session. The first day of school in Hugoton is Monday.
