A new book titled”Images of Aviation Liberal Army Airfield” has recently been published.  The authors of the book Lidia Hook-Gray and Connie Gray-Bowman are local historians and will be autographing copies at the Mid-America Air Museum on Saturday from 1:30 to 3pm.  In honor of these two talented authors, admission to the Air Museum will be free all day from 9am to 5:30 pm.  Copies of the book will be available in the museum’s gift shop at a discounted price of $18.99 or you can bring your own copy to be autographed.  Come meet and greet the authors, geta book on local history, and pay homage to the “greatest generation” and at the same time get to tour one of America’s largest air museums for free.
