The Liberal girls tennis team becomes the first LHS team to have a competition this school year.  Sergio Borjas is in his 4th year as head coach.  He was 21 out for girls tennis in a season in which LHS will host the WAC Girls Tennis Tournament in October.

The varsity lineup to begin the season:

#1 singles- Jr. Evelyn Tarango

#2 singles- Sr. Isabela Rodrigeuz-Diaz

#1 doubles- Sr. Lynette Alonso and Sr. Giselle Mesta

#2 doubles- Jr. Yvanna Rivera and So. Maliaha Navarro

Sophomore Genesis Orrantia and others could also figure into the varsity lineup.
