The #4 Cowley Tigers beat the Seward County Saints 3-1 Sunday afternoon at Redskin Field.  The game was moved to Sunday afternoon after thunderstorms Saturday night.  The Tigers built a 2-0 lead before Zahit Garibay scored right before halftime.    Cowley tacked on a second half goal as well.  Cowley had nine shots on goal.  Seward didn’t enter their stats.  Cowley is 3-0 and 1-0 in the Jayhawk.  Seward falls to 2-2 overall and 0-2 in the Jayhawk.  The Saints host Coffeyville Wednesday night at about 8:30.
