There is excitement in the Satanta Indian football program. The Indians entered last season with an 18 game losing streak and went 1-8 in 2025. The one win occurred after an Ashland forfeit. But 6 man football and an experienced Satanta team have brought energy to the program.
There are 11 out for football for 3rd year head coach Chandler Borckett. There are five starters back on both sides of the ball. Some of the key players are Sr. C/NG Montae Sowers, Sr. TE/LB Edgar Najera, Sr. RB/LB Agustin Salas, Jr. WR/LB Hayden Pendergraft, Sr. FB/C/DE/K/P Erik Moreno, and Jr. RB/DB Isaak Garcia.
Satanta was featured during Sportsguys Thursday morning.
