Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the services provided by KSCB, KSCB-FM, and KLDG-FM (collectively, "the Stations"), including our kscbnews.net website and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. 2. Station Contests and Promotions All contests conducted by the Stations are subject to our General Contest Rules. • Eligibility: Participants must meet age and residency requirements. • Disclosure: In accordance with FCC Rule 73.1216, material contest terms will be disclosed on-air and/or on our website. • Taxes: Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. 3. Intellectual Property All content provided by the Stations—including audio streams, logos, news articles, and graphics—is the property of Seward County Broadcasting Co., Inc. and protected by copyright laws. You may not rebroadcast, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission. 4. User-Generated Content If you submit content (e.g., Marketplace listings, comments, or contest entries): • You grant the Stations a royalty-free, perpetual license to use and broadcast that content. • You represent that you own the rights to the submitted material. • Public File Notice: Written comments regarding station operations may be placed in our FCC Public Inspection File. 5. Prohibited Conduct Users agree not to: • Use our digital platforms for any illegal purpose. • Attempt to disrupt our streaming services or gain unauthorized access to our servers. • Post obscene, indecent, or profane material, which is strictly prohibited under federal law. 6. DMCA Policy (Copyright Complaints) We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been used on our site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify our designated agent at cheryl.kscb@gmail.com. 7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that our broadcast streams or websites will be uninterrupted or error-free.
