Lozoya Wins $1000.00 Shopping Spree

For the past several weeks KSCB and The Legend listeners have been registering at participating businesses for a chance at daily gift certificates. Also additional gift certificates have been given away on the air. It was KSCB and The Legend’s annual "Christmas Gift Express Train". Thousands of dollars were given away in the form of gift certificates, with the culmination being a $1000.00 shopping spree to participating sponsors, to one lucky registrant. After all the registration boxes were gathered, one name was drawn for the $1000.00. The place of business where the winner registered, also received $1000.00 in advertising. The 2011 Christmas Gift Express winner drawn on Wednesday was Elena Lozoya of Liberal! She registered at El Kan. When contacted by KSCB and The Legend, Elena was elated! When asked if she remembered registering, she said yes at El Kan. After the initial shock wore off, she said she was going to use the $1000.00 to buy Christmas presents for her three children. KSCB and The Legend would like to thank all the participating sponsors, and the listeners for once again making the promotion a huge success!
