A Cimarron man was injured in an motor vehicle accident Wednesday night in Gray County.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, at about 7:24 p.m. Wednesday, Joseph D. Durham, 62, was driving his Cadillac eastbound on U.S. Highway 50 about 1.7 miles west of Charleston when he drove into a ditch on the south side of the road and rolled the vehicle. The car landed on its wheels.

Durham was transported to St. Catherine Hospital, where he was treated and released. He was not wearing a seat belt.
