employment will be March 30, 2024. Ermann expressed his gratitude for the support of the community and
the dedication of the hospital’s employees during his tenure.

Under William’s leadership, Memorial Hospital achieved significant milestones in providing top-quality

The team’s vision and commitment to excellence have driven numerous improvements in patient care, facility enhancements, and community engagement.

Ermann expressed, “I am truly honored to have had the opportunity to serve as the CEO of Memorial
Hospital for the past three years. It has been an incredible journey, and I am immensely proud of what we have accomplished together. I want to extend my thanks to the community of Texas County for their
continued support. Your trust and partnership will be instrumental in the hospital’s success.”
“I also want to express my deep appreciation to the dedicated employees of Memorial Hospital. Their hard work, compassion, and dedication to providing exceptional healthcare have made all the difference,”Ermann added. “I have been fortunate to work alongside an outstanding team, and I have no doubt that they will continue to excel in their mission to serve the community.”

As William prepares to pass the torch to the next leader, he wishes Memorial Hospital and the Texas County community success and prosperity. “In closing, I want to extend my best wishes to the hospital, its staff, and the entire Texas County community. With aligned commitment to long term hospital sustainability by the Board Members, County Commissioners, and Community, I am confident that Memorial Hospital will thrive and continue to provide exceptional healthcare services to all,” Ermann concluded.

The search for Ermann’s successor is currently underway, and the hospital board is dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition in leadership.

At Wednesday’s meeting of the board of trustees of Gila Regional Medical Center in Silver City New Mexico, CEO Robert Whitaker announced the hire of a new chief financial officer.
Beginning Jan. 22, William Ermann will become CFO, replacing interim CFO Leonard Binkley, who in turn took over from Pat Banks. Like Banks, Binkley, and Whitaker, Ermann will be an employee of HealthTech, the management company that is contracted to staff the CEO position and often provides other executive and leadership staff at Gila Regional.
