Ulery Crowned Fair Queen

Jocelyn Ulery was crowned the 2023 Seward County 5 State Fair Queen. She was crowned Monday evening right in the Seward County Ag Building by last year’s Fair Queen Ashlynn Wagenseller. The candidates, Jocelyn Ulery and Giselle Rojas, raised almost $7,000.00 for the Five State Fair Scholarship Program. The candidates held several fundraising events over the last several weeks, with Jocelyn topping Giselle winning the crown. Jocelyn will reign over the 5 State Fair, and will also be at several events throughout the year.
