On Sunday, February 8th, Haskell County Deputies responded to a reported assault that occurred at the 700th block of Ponca Street in Satanta. Once on scene, deputies contacted all individuals involved. The reported suspect, identified as Joe Hernandez, was subsequently arrested and transported to the Haskell County Jail. Hernandez was booked and processed on charges of Assault and Possession of Opiate, Opium, Narcotic or Certain Stimulant.
