Liberal senior guard Kylie Rhine is this week’s Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week.  Rhine averages 13 points, four rebounds, and three steals per game for the 11-2 Liberal Lady Redskins.  She knocked down seven three pointers and scored a career high 22 points Friday in Liberal’s win over Pratt in the Big House.  Rhine has signed to play basketball as Sterling.  Rhine is also involved in track, NHS, and FCA.  Rhine is also a homecoming queen candidate.  Liberal hosts Great Bend for their homecoming game Friday night at 6pm on 1270 and 92.3 FM.
