Led by a 6’6″ K-State football signee, the #4 class 4A Pratt Beavers bounced the Liberal Redskins 58-38 Friday night in the Big House.  Pratt’s Arley Morrell scored 33.  The Redskins hung close in the first half trailing by just five, before the Greenbacks pulled away.

Pratt jumped out to a 6-0 lead.  The Greenbacks led 12-8 after one.  The Redskins led 14-12 in the second quarter before the Greenbacks used an 8-0 run to lead 20-14.  Pratt led 26-21 at the half.  Pratt took a 41-30 lead after three.  The Greenbacks out scored the Skins 17-8 in the fourth quarter.  Pratt won the second half 32-17.

The Black Hills Energy Player of the Game is James Fieser with 20 points.

Pratt is 14-1.  Liberal is 1-12.  The Redskins play at Hooker Tuesday night at 8 on 1270 and 92.3 FM.
