Boot Hill Casino & Resort’s TRAIL Program Sponsors Free Pancake Day Breakfast for 2026

LIBERAL, KS — The International Pancake Day Board of Directors is thrilled to announce a historic first for our community. For the 2026 celebration, the annual Pancake Day Breakfast has been fully “bought out” by the Boot Hill Casino & Resort’s TRAIL Program.

Thanks to this incredibly gracious donation, the 2026 Pancake Day Breakfast will be completely free to the public. This marks the first time in our long history that we have been able to offer this beloved tradition at no cost to our guests.

“Pancake Day is one of the region’s most iconic traditions, and we’re incredibly proud to support it through our TRAIL Program,” says Ryan Deutsch, Boot Hill Casino General Manager. “TRAIL was created to invest in the experiences, events, and initiatives that strengthen our communities for generations to come. Helping make the Pancake Day Breakfast free to the public reflects our commitment to celebrating what makes this region special—its history, its people, and its spirit of coming together.”

The International Pancake Day Board extends its deepest gratitude to Boot Hill Casino & Resort. Their commitment to the TRAIL program (Tourism, Redevelopment, Aid, Innovation, and Legacy) perfectly aligns with our mission to celebrate community and tradition.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the Seward County Activity Center on February 17th for a stack of pancakes on the house!
