The USD 480 Board of Education met on Monday evening at 6:30 and after approving the Consent Agenda which included Donations, Teacher Tuition Agreements, Overnight Trips and more, approved the purchase of a 77 passenger bus from Midwest Bus Sales in the amount of $170,370.

The Board also approved the bid from Sunflower Restaurant Supply in the amount of $35,350.00 for a Portable Walk in Cooler/Freezer that will be utilized by all the District’s schools.

Approved by the Board was the SEED Program as presented.

Board member Alan Brown was recognized for his 30 plus years of service on the USD 480 school board.

After Executive Sessions, the Board approved an Emergency Leave Request, and the Waiver of Liquidated Damages.
