Registration deadline extended for workshops on ethics, domestic violence prevention

Seward County Community College Business & Industry announced Monday that the deadline for registration has been extended for two upcoming workshops. Both courses feature Steve and Dorthy Halley, who operate the Family Peace Initiative counseling and recovery agency, and have worked extensively with families, juveniles, and individuals in the correctional system.

• Ethics & Confidentiality is scheduled for 1-4 p.m. Monday, April 25, in room SU214 E/W in the Student Union at SCCC. Fee is $75 per person. Registration closes at 4 p.m. April 21. To reserve your spot, call 620-417-1170, or email [email protected].

• Cracking the Code: Understanding the Motives of Those Who Batter, is scheduled for Tuesday, April 26, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Student Union Building, room SU214 E/W. Fee for the class is $150.
