Seward County Community College will once again open its campus to host public meetings and civic groups beginning Jan. 11, 2021. The move is part of second-semester reopening processes in keeping with the college’s COVID-19 protocols.

“We are continually assessing what’s best for our campus and the community, with input from Seward County health officials,” said SCCC President Brad Bennett. “SCCC will continue its mask mandate for everyone on campus, including visitors, and encourages social distancing and frequent handwashing.” Additionally, the college has purchased air purifiers and installed hand sanitizer stations across campus.

For more detailed information about the SCCC COVID-19 Playbook, current numbers for cases and quarantines, and other resources, visit the college’s news site, scccnews.com and click on the COVID-19 resources tab.
