COVID-19 for October 28, 2020

The latest statistics released by the KDHE, Seward County Health Department, and surrounding Counties for Wednesday October 28th show Seward County has had 2142 individuals test results have come back positive for Coronavirus. 1879 Individuals have recovered from COVID 19 with 13 deaths reported.

Southwest Medical reports current hospitalizations at 15 which includes out of county residents being treated at SWMC. Total active cases in Seward County are 263.

Around the area, Stevens County has 237 positives, 204 recovered, and 1 death. Haskell County 171 positives, 166 recovered, and 1 death, Morton County has 60 positives, 36 recovered cases , and 2 deaths, Grant County has 448 positive 402 recovered, and 8 deaths, Meade County has 170 positives 153 have recovered, and 2 death, Stanton County has 88 positives 76 recovered, and 2 deaths Ford County has 3,448 positive cases, and Finney County has 2,707 positive cases. Beaver County 92 positives, 79 recovered, and 1 death, Texas County has 1807 positive tests with 1706 recoveries and 10 deaths.
