Guymon Man Injured in Texas County Accident

An injury occurred on Thursday, June 18 at approximately 2:18pm on State Highway 136 at County Road EE, approximately 7 miles south of Guymon, OK in Texas county.

A 1981 Mack Truck driven by Tab Lee Beck, 56 of Guymon, OK, was traveling northbound on SH136 when he failed to maintain his lane of travel and left the roadway to the right resulting in the truck rolling over ½ times through a barbed wire fence before coming to rest on its top facing north. The driver was trapped inside of the truck for approximately 20 minutes and had to be extracted by Guymon Fire/EMS.

Beck was transported by Apollo to Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo, TX. He was admitted in stable condition with trunk internal and head injuries.
