A message from TCEC CEO Zac Perkins:

Good morning. I hope you are safe and healthy. I know as well as you do that COVID-19 is increasing in Texas County where the majority of our members live. I’d like to give you an update about your cooperative.

Because TCEC has been directly affected by the virus, we have moved into the next phase of our pandemic plan. As of today, we are allowing all employees to work from home.

We are taking these precautions to ensure our employees are safe and have the best opportunity to stay healthy. We are in storm season and keeping healthy employees available to respond in the event storms occur is essential.

Our operational staff and linemen are on the job for our members. Member service representatives are available by phone at 580.652.2418 or 800.522.3315. If you need to reach us by email, please send correspondence to [email protected]. We will continue to provide safe, reliable and affordable electricity. Please note that new service requests may be slightly delayed.

Our goal is for continued excellent service for every member. If you have concerns, please call me at 580-652-2418.

Thank you,
Zac
