Texas County Commission to Meet, Discuss Hospital Management Company for Memorial Hospital of Texas County

The Texas County Commissioners are scheduled to meet on Monday morning at 10:00am. After regular agenda items, the Ballot Printing for the Election will be considered.

The Commission will then vote whether or not to go into an Executive Session to discuss items pertaining to legal matters regarding Memorial Hospital of Texas County.

After the Executive Session, the Commission May take action as a result of the Executive Session.

The Commissioners will then recess the until 1:30 when they will then reconvene to hear a presentation and have discussion with Hospital Advisory and Management Services Group LLC on the operations of Memorial Hospital of Texas County.

The Hospital is currently under the direction of Dr. Emmanuel Barias, MD acting as Interim Chief Executive Officer with Dr. Mike Carter as the Interim Chief Operating Officer.
