The Liberal Redskin baseball team dropped their 8th straight after a 10-3 loss at Hays Thursday afternoon and evening.

The Indians scored two in the first, three in the second, one in the third, three in the fourth, and one in the sixth.  LHS scored one in the fourth and two in the fifth.  Hays out-hit LHS 6-5.  Liberal had two errors and Hays had one.  Bentlee Betts was 2-3.  Bren Kappelmann drove home two runs. Eathan Hernandez had a triple.

Hays is 9-12 overall and 8-4 in the WAC.  Liberal is 9-17 overall and 2-10 in the WAC.  Liberal plays in the regionals next week on 1270 and 92.3 FM.
