Liberal High School sophomore golfer Kale Miller is this week’s Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week.  Miller won the Salina Tournament at Salina Municipal Golf Course on Monday.  Miller shot a 75 and won a playoff.  Miller is leading a young Redskin golf team which finished 4th of 13 teams at Salina.  Miller made state as a freshman and was first team all WAC.  His best score last year was a 75 at Wichita.  Miller is also a pitcher for the Redskin baseball team.  He has pitched 7 and 2/3 innings with nine strikeouts and three walks.  The Redskin golf team plays at Rolling Hills Golf Course in Wichita Monday.  The baseball team plays at Great Bend Friday.
