The Seward County Commission met Monday evening and Adopted Resolution No. 2026-09 establishing a temporary burn ban effective until May 4, 2026.

In another action item, The Board of County Commissioners gave approval for Marc Johnson, Road & Bridge Supervisor, to submit the completed report to the Kansas Department of Transportation.
