On Saturday, February 28, Liberal Wrestling Club attended H-Town Throwdown in
Hugoton. LWC had over 40 wrestlers make the trip to the tournament.

Results are as follows:

First Place: Karim Dominguez, 2 pins; Nino Guzman, 1 pin and 1 TF; JJ Mata, 1 pin and
1 TF; Kendall Mosttler, 2 pins; Lill Osborn, 1 pin; AJ Rodriguez, 3 pins; and Dominique Soto, 1
pin.

Second Place: Arielle Anguiano; Alijah Beltran, 2 pins; Jacey Carter; Royce Guzman;
Alyvia Holcomb (12U); Ian Holcomb; Marco Jimenez, 1 TF; Briggin Macias; Kendall Mosttler
(10U), 3 pins; Camila Ovalle; Lann Phammally; Jackson Pipkin; Josh Robertson, 2 TF; and
Emanuel Zetino.

Third Place: Christian Alcala, 1 pin; Diego Alcala; Uriah Andrade, 1 pin; Roberto Balli;

Liberal Wrestling Club will be taking 30 wrestlers to District in Hays on March 6 and 7.
Those who place in the top 4 will advance to State in Topeka.
