BEAVER COUNTY, Okla. -Four firefighters were injured during Tuesday’s wildfires, according to the Oklahoma Emergency Manager.
Authorities said three of the firefighters were injured in Beaver County when their fire truck rolled over while responding to a fire. All three were transported to the hospital
A pastor confirmed that Chris Campbell was one of the firefighters injured in Tuesday’s fire. Campbell’s wife also confirmed he received some second and third-degree burns.
Sources also said one firefighter suffered a brain bleed.
Another firefighter was injured in an unrelated crash and was also transported to the hospital.
