  HOURS ON SUNDAY...BEFORE DIMINISHING SUNDAY EVENING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...6 TO 12 INCHES EXPECTED.

* WINDS...NORTH WINDS WILL AVERAGE 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OVER 40
  MPH AT TIMES THROUGH THIS EVENING...BEFORE GRADUALLY DIMINISHING
  OVERNIGHT.

* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...AND STRONG
  WINDS WILL CREATE REDUCED VISIBILITIES...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN
  AREAS. AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW ARE EXPECTED. SLUSH AND WET SNOW
  ACCUMULATIONS ON ROADWAYS WILL MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS. THE
  COMBINATION OF HEAVY WET SNOW AND STRONG WINDS MAY RESULT IN
  DAMAGE TO TREES AND POWER LINES...AND RESULT IN SPORADIC POWER
  OUTAGES.
