USD 480 Bright Start Early Learning Center and HeadStart work together to make sure every eligible child in Liberal has the opportunity to participate in our quality preschool programs. There are limited spots so applying now will ensure a slot! All children who are 4 years-old by August 1st are encouraged to apply.
