Ulysses resident Lexy M. Garza faces charges of shooting at an occupied dwelling, aggravated assault and felony obstruction of the legal process, the Ulysses Police Department said Thursday in a news release. She is being held in the Grant County Jail on $150,000 bond.

Garza is the wife of Ulysses resident Ramiro Garza Jr., who was charged earlier this month with aggravated assault, an aggravated weapons violation and criminal possession of a firearm in connection with the shooting. Ramiro Garza is being held in the Grant County Jail on $200,000 bond.

A preliminary hearing for the couple is scheduled for 9 a.m. June 4 in Grant County District Court.
