Tyrone Fire Department Swears In New Officers

The Tyrone Fire Department met Wednesday evening and elected a new Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chief, Secretary, and welcomed a new member. Anthony Adams was elected the New Chief, replacing Bart Banning, and Cody Pickering steps in as Assistant Chief replacing DeWayne Cornelson. The New Secretary is Travis Shield replacing James Bell who left the Department. Also welcomed aboard was new firefighter Jared Adams. The outgoing officers will remain on the Fire Department and according to outgoing Chief, Bart Banning, support the new officers 100%.
