Roads Still Closed in Beaver County; Numerous School Closings

The Liberal Police Department has suspended its Emergency Reporting Plan as of 6:15 am Tuesday.

Tuesday Closings and Delays:

SCCC/ATS Chili Feed has been canceled.

Tan It will open at Noon today instead of 11:00am

National Beef at Liberal:

A Shift Maintenance will work Tuesday 26th at regular start time.

B Shift Operations will resume Tuesday 26th at regular start time.

C Shift Loadout resumes work tomorrow, Tuesday 26th, at regular start time.

Election Day voting will take place Tuesday at the Seward County Activity Center, located at 8th and Stadium. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

2013 Cal Ripken Sign Ups on Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:30-8:00 at the Rec Center.

Roads closed:

All Highways in Beaver County Oklahoma are still closed as of 9 pm Monday.

US 64 eastbound from Hooker closes at the Beaver County line; local traffic only.

Other highways in Texas County, including US 54 and SH 136, are open as of 8 pm Monday.

Cimarron County Oklahoma: All highways are open.

US-83 south of Liberal through Beaver County is still closed as of 5 am Tuesday.

U.S. 160 from Sitka to Coldwater closed.

U.S. 183 closed from Kinsley through Greensburg and Coldwater to Oklahoma, and through Harper County, Oklahoma.
