Redskins Bowl in Big Wichita Tournament

The LHS bowling teams competed in Wichita on Saturday. The LHS boys were 7th and the girls were 19th. The LHS boys lost 2-0 to Junction City in the first round. Eric Gomez led the Redskins taking 18th and bowling a 558 with a high game of 203. Tyler Killingsworth placed 21st with a 549 series and a 209 high game. Buddy Buchanan was 27th with a 539 and a high game of 207.

For the girls, Kaleigh Cobb was 32nd with a series of 467 and high game of 170. Haylee Fowler was 61st rolling a 417 with a high game of 149. Bryanna Wilson placed 74th with a 406 and a high game of 177. There were 168 bowlers for both divisions and 28 teams. Liberal hosts Great Bend tomorrow at Ayr Lanes.
