The first baby born on Pancake Day at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal, Kansas, is named the BabyCakes winner.Mia Alavarado, born February 21, 2012 at 3:08 a.m. She weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces and was 19 3/4 inches long. Her parents are Ciera Ray and David Alvarado of Liberal.
