OK Kids Day At Maede State Park

On May 10 ^th , Meade State Park will be hosting our annual OK Kids Day event. No park pass is required on May 10 ^th . Thanks to all of our sponsors, we will be having many outdoor activities for everyone to participate in. To encourage participation, everyone 8 and older must complete activities on the provided punch card they will receive at registration. Those that complete the activities will have the choice of either a fishing rod/reel combo or a tackle box. Due to the age restrictions of some activities, ages 7 and younger are automatically eligible for a prize. Everyone must register. We will be doing registration all day and into the evening on Friday at the Park Office and registration will begin at 8:00am on Saturday morning. Events will begin at 9:00am and go until about 3:00pm. The first 300 kids to register will get a free sno cone voucher to the Shiver Shack in Meade, as well as a 12oz. drink coupon from Dart In, also located in Meade.
