Margaret F. Cordova, 89, died Thursday, March 28, 2019, at Morton County Hospital in Elkhart. 
She was born on January 20, 1930 in Gallegos, New Mexico, the daughter of Delfino Quintana and  Altagracia Casados.
She married Gilbert Cordova on January 20, 1949, in Tucumcari, New Mexico.  He preceded her in death on March 28, 2009.

Margaret was as a certified Nurse’s Aide, and she worked at Epworth, SWMC, and in private nursing. 

She was an active member of Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Liberal and sung in the choir. 

Heaven gained a beautiful and strong woman, Margaret Cordova.  A wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend and loyal servant to the Lord.  She lived with great passion for life and loved her family fiercely.  She was both soft and powerful and was truly a gift to her family.  Her legacy of faith, strength, family and love will live on for generations to come.

18 great grandchildren
2 great-great grandchildren

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband Gilbert, Her Parents, a daughter, Viola Noble, 2 grandchildren, Frankie Anthony Romero and Anna Marie Noble McGee, and 10 siblings.
 
Visitation will be 12pm to 5pm Sunday, March 31, and 9am to 3pm Monday, April 1.  Rosary will be 5pm Monday, at St. Anthony Catholic Church. 
Funeral Mass will be 10am Tuesday, April 2 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
Burial to follow at Liberal Cemetery.
